AVerMedia launched the world's first video capture card with two HDMI inputs supporting 4K60 HDR10 and Full HD at 240FPS. Named ‘Live Gamer DUO', this capture card is the latest addition to the extensive portfolio of streaming components offered by AVerMedia.
With the Live Gamer DUO primary input, you will be able to play at 4K60 HDR10 or FullHD 240 FPS, while capturing content at FullHD 60FPS, with or without HDR10. All the work is done on the card, meaning that the downscaling, frame rate conversion, and tone mapping will be processed by the card itself, allowing the rest of your system to work on other tasks.
The secondary HDMI input of the capture card is a “dedicated face camera-input” supporting FullHD at 60FPS. Connect any mirrorless camera, DSLR, or camcorder to the secondary HDMI interface and show yourself to your viewers.
The Live Gamer DUO also features RGB lighting effects that you can customise and 7.1/5.1 channel surround sound pass-through. The card is connected to your system through a PCIe Gen2 x4 interface. The card records the video in MPEG 4, using the H264/265 encoder provided by the GPU. The DUO is compatible with most professional streaming software including xSplit Broadcaster, OBS, StreamLabs, Vmix, and others.
The system requirements to use the card in a dedicated streaming rig are:
- Operating system: Windows 10 x64
- Processor: Intel i5-6XXX / AMD Ryzen 5 1600 or above
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GTX 1050 / AMD R7 560 or above (For 1080p60 HDR Radeon RX 5500 XT or above)
- RAM: 8GB
The AVerMedia Live Gamer DUO is available now in selected regions for $249.99, excluding local duties and taxes. You can learn more about the Live Gamer DUO HERE.
