Designed specifically for small form factor PCs, the Alphacool Eisbaer LT92 CPU cooler is quite different from other Eisbaer coolers. Featuring a 92mm full copper radiator and a relatively small but powerful pump, the Eisbaer LT92 CPU cooler “offers more than enough power for powerful processors with an appropriate fan”.
The 40mm high pump is “smaller than the I/O panel” of most motherboards, ensuring that the Eisbaer LT92 CPU cooler fits inside most SFF cases. The 25cm long hoses are perfect to mount inside an SFF case, reducing the hose clutter associated with water cooling solutions with longer hoses. Additionally, Alphacool decided to not use “quick release fasteners” since they also can be troublesome to deal with inside a small case.
The 92mm NexXxoS series radiator is mostly made of copper, including the antechambers, cooling fins, and water channels. The cold plate is also made of copper, but it's nickel-plated. By using copper that has a heat capacity of “almost twice as high as that of aluminium”, the Eisbaer LT92 CPU cooler performs better than its aluminium equivalents. The TPV hoses and connections are part of the Enterprise Solution series.
The DC-LT pump is the same as the one used in other Eisbaer, Eisbaer LT and Eisbaer Aurora water coolers. Featuring a near-silent operation, the pump can reach up to 2600rpm without significant noise. With a maximum flow rate of 70L/h, this pump is suited for loops much larger than the one in the Eisbaer LT92.
With 25mm of thickness, this cooler can fit inside most cases on the market. Socket compatibility includes AMD AM4, AM3(+), AM2(+), 939, FM2(+), FM1, G34, and 940, and Intel 2066, 1151, 1150, 1155, 1156, 755, 2011(-3), 1366, and 1200.
The Alphacool Eisbaer LT92 CPU cooler is available now for €73.09 (excl. VAT) without a fan included. You can learn more about this cooler or buy it HERE.
