AMD CEO will hold a keynote at CES 2021

CES 2020 was able to take place this year just ahead of the COVID-19 pandemic. That won’t be the case for CES 2021 though, which will be an all-digital event due to continuing health concerns. Still, big names will continue to be involved, including AMD CEO, Dr. Lisa Su, who will host a keynote presentation.

Today, the Consumer Technology Association announced that Lisa Su will deliver a keynote at CES 2021 in January. Su's return to CES next year will bring news on what AMD envisions for the future of high-performance computing and graphics solutions.

We don't know exactly what to expect here, as AMD is holding two of its own events in October to cover the launch of the Zen 3 processor architecture and RDNA 2 graphics. What we do know is that AMD will be talking about “exciting new technolgogy developments” and “what it will mean to the way we live, work, learn and play”.

CES 2021 will be an all-digital event, taking place in January as usual, although it'll be a bit later in the month, taking place from the 11th to the 14th. In 2022, CES will return to normal, holding the usual physical event in Las Vegas.
