Corsair launches affordable Katar Pro Wireless mouse

Corsair is well known for its peripherals and today, a new entry to the lineup is launching. Today, Corsair has announced the KATAR PRO WIRELESS gaming mouse, powered by Corsair's Slipstream wireless technology for ultra low-latency.

The Katar Pro Wireless weighs just 96g, so it fits a nice middle-ground between lightweight and heavier gaming mice. With a compact, symmetric shape, this mouse is ideally suited for claw and fingertip grip styles, commonly used by competitive FPS and MOBA players.

This mouse maintains a strong wireless connection with sub-1ms latency thanks to Slipstream Wireless, a proven technology that Corsair has been implementing across its wireless mouse lineup over the past year. The mouse itself is powered by just one AA battery, which should net you 135 hours of use per charge.

Under the hood, you will find an optical sensor capable of up to 10,000 DPI. Using Corsair iCUE, you can also customise the six reprogrammable buttons to your liking, or combine multiple commands to a single key using macro recording.

This is the lightest wireless mouse in the Corsair lineup and also comes in at an affordable price point. Starting today, you should be able to find these at retail for £44.99.
