Marvel’s Avengers gets DLSS support, Wolfenstein: Youngblood gets 8K DLSS

Two more games this week are gaining DLSS support this week, Nvidia's fancy AI-powered performance saving tech is now arriving in Marvel's Avengers and the 8K DLSS mode is also coming to Wolfenstein: Youngblood after previously appearing in Control.

The Wolfenstein: Youngblood update includes additional optimisations for Asynchronous Compute on the new GeForce RTX 30 series. Beyond that, Nvidia is giving users a taste of 8K gaming with a new DLSS Ultra Performance Mode, which is also available in Control, Death Stranding, Minecraft with RTX and soon, Watch Dogs Legion.

Of course, all DLSS modes will also be available in Marvel's Avengers as part of this latest update.

The final piece of information hitting today is that the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War beta on PC will also support Nvidia Reflex technology to reduce input latency. Recently, Reflex has debuted in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Apex Legends, Fortnite, Valorant and other titles.

KitGuru Says: Marvel's Avengers isn't the best game in terms of PC optimisation, so I'll be interested to see how it looks and runs with DLSS switched on later. Do many of you often use DLSS when the option is available?
