Borderlands 3 is getting a second season pass

Borderlands 3 wrapped up its first batch of season pass DLCs earlier this year but it looks like Gearbox isn't done with its latest looter shooter just yet. Today, the studio announced Borderlands 3 Season Pass 2, which will contain two more add-ons.

This season pass will bring two DLCs- Designer's Cut and Director's Cut, both of which offer “new modes and ways to play”.

The first of these DLCs, Designer's Cut, will be launching on the 10th of November, just in time for the Xbox Series X, Series S and PS5 launches. This update will ass an extra skill tree for each vault hunter and a new mode called Arms Race, although specific gameplay details have not been revealed yet.

Our first look at the Designer's Cut DLC will arrive on the 20th of October in a stream featuring Amara and FL4K, then on October 22nd, Gearbox will begin showing off Moze and Zane.
