For months now, Cyberpunk 2077's release date has been pencilled in for the 19th of November and with the game ‘going gold' just a few weeks ago, we all thought we were safe from further delays. We were wrong. Today, CD Projekt Red has announced another small delay for Cyberpunk 2077.
In an update posted to Twitter today, CD Projekt Red announced that due to the number of platforms they are testing the game for, this final development push is taking a bit longer than anticipated:

Now, Cyberpunk 2077 has a new release date – December 10th. This gives the developers an extra 21 days to test the game across all platforms and implement any final fixes for the day-one patch.
Whether or not the game ends up being delayed again remains to be seen, but for now, it looks like we can cross out November 19th and put December 10th in our calendars.
KitGuru Says: When I first saw this tweet I thought it was fake but unfortunately, it is in-fact real. We'll all be waiting just a little bit longer to get our hands on Cyberpunk 2077. Hopefully this time around, the release date sticks.
