G.Skill updates Trident Z Neo memory kits for Ryzen 5000

Alongside AMD's Ryzen 5000 series CPU launch, G.Skill has also updated its Trident Z Neo memory series. The Trident Z Neo series was introduced to offer an optimised memory solution for AMD Ryzen systems. The latest kits are looking to be the best yet.

G.Skill's new Trident Z Neo DDR4 specs offer up to 4000MHz speeds and CL16 latency for AMD Ryzen 5000 CPUs. There are three kits to choose from here, the 16GBx2 DDR4-4000 CL16 kit, or you can sacrifice some speed for lower latency with a DDR4-3800 CL14 32GB kit. Finally, there is also a high-capacity 64GB kit with 4000MHz speeds and CL18 latency.

As you would expect from a high-end G.Skill memory kit, these all use Samsung B-die for the best performance and reliability. G.Skill validated these new kits on systems featuring the Ryzen 7 5800X and Ryzen 5 5600X CPUs, as well as the ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero motherboard and the MSI MEG X570 Godlike motherboard.

All new Trident Z Neo memory kits will be available worldwide this month, coinciding with the launch of Ryzen 5000 CPUs, which officially began shipping out to customers today.
