An RTX 30 series mobile graphics cards lineup has surfaced, showing three new SKUs aimed at the gaming laptop market. The three SKUs mentioned in this leak are the RTX 3080Q, RTX 3070Q, and RTX 3060P.
A photo of a quality sample of the first mobile RTX 30 series graphics cards surfaced in early October. The photo showed a GA104 GPU, the same GPU powering the desktop RTX 3070, featuring 8GB of GGDR6 memory across a 256-bit bus. This GPU is expected to power the mobile RTX 3070, but rumours also suggest that it could be used on the mobile RTX 3080.
The new leak coming from GiggleHD (via @harukaze5719) indicates that the RTX 3080 and 3070 mobile SKUs will be named RTX 3080Q and RTX 3070Q, both featuring Max-Q design as per the “Q” suffix. No Max-P variants of the RTX 3080 and 3070 were mentioned, but that doesn't mean they won't come.

The other SKU mentioned is the RTX 3060P, which should feature either the GA104 or the GA106 GPU. This assumption is made based on Nvidia's commitment to provide similar specifications in both mobile and desktop versions of the same SKU, which rarely proves to be true due to different TDP/TGPs used in both platforms. No Max-Q variant was reported.
One thing to note about this leak is the Comet Lake processors paired with the Nvidia mobile SKUs. Mobile processors and GPUs are often released at the same time, so the upcoming Tiger Lake-H CPUs were expected to appear in this spec sheet.
An official announcement of the RTX 30 series mobiles SKUs is expected during CES 2021.
