Corsair acquires the esports coaching platform ‘Gamer Sensei’

Corsair has acquired Gamer Sensei, the “world’s biggest esports coaching platform”, adding it to the company's vast set of subsidiaries, which already includes Elgato, SCUF Gaming, and Origin PC.

Created back in 2016, Gamer Sensei is an esports coaching platform that provides a community centre for players of all skill levels. From novices to professionals, on Gamer Sensei anyone can learn from top gamers that are also “great teachers”.

With Gamer Sensei, gamers have a chance to learn from the best with “a patient, tailored and flexible approach”, allowing them to unlock their potential and improve their gaming capabilities in the game that they wish to. It doesn't matter if they have just started playing the game, or if they already have some concepts of a game, or if they're just mastering their set of skills. The Gamer Sensei teachers can help them with their objectives in any of the +20 popular esports titles that its services cover, including Call of Duty: Warzone, League of Legends, Dota 2, and Fortnite.

Andy Paul, founder and CEO of Corsair, said that with Gamer Sensei's acquisition, Corsair can now equip players with “the best gaming gear and helping them get to play at their best too”. With Gamer Sensei's acquisition and the recent partnership with Pipeline, Corsair is providing its customers with the training and coaching they need if they want to succeed in gaming, streaming, or both. Joshua Hilton, president of Gamer Sensei, claimed that with Corsair's “operational scale”, Gamer Sensei can grow as a learning platform, pulling in more teachers and students all over the world, helping “more gamers than ever to take their game to the next level.”
