ASUS and EKWB team up for water-cooled RTX 30 series graphics cards

ASUS and EKWB are collaborating on a new set of water-cooled RTX 30 series graphics cards. These new water-cooled cards aim to deliver an out-of-the-box solution for custom liquid-loop systems.

ASUS and EKWB will be releasing water-cooled versions of the RTX 3070, RTX 3080 and RTX 3090 graphics cards, all built using ASUS Auto-Extreme manufacturing technology and stringent validation to guarantee reliability. The cooler has low hydraulic restriction split-flow to maximise thermal dissipation across critical components. Aside from all of that, the GPUs made to be single-slot form-factor, enabling compatibility in a wider range of cases and builds, including small form-factor systems.

All cards feature an aluminium backplate to prevent PCB flex and a single-slot mounting bracket that is made with 304 stainless steel for better corrosion resistance. Water-block mounting is handled by ASUS during the manufacturing process so each graphics card is ready right out of the box.

As you would expect, RGB lighting is included in the block and it is compatible with ASUS Aura Sync. The ASUS EKWB RTX 3090 and RTX 3080 should be available by mid-November, while the RTX 3070 version will be available before the end of November.

KitGuru Games: Omni-movement culminates 30 years of FPS innovation

Black Ops 6 is officially here, bringing the innovative new Omni-movement system to the game. While on the surface a relatively simple change, I argue that Treyarch intimately studied DOOM and the past 30 years of first-person shooter evolution to craft one of the most satisfying gameplay systems yet.
