An entry for ‘Intel Gen12HP HD graphics NEO' has been spotted on Geekbench. Given what we already know about the Xe-Graphics architecture, this GPU looks to be the 1-tile Xe-HP GPU for data centre use.
In 2021, Intel plans to launch two dedicated graphics cards based on its Xe-Graphics architecture named Xe-HP and Xe-HPG. The HP GPUs will be sold as data centres GPUs featuring a tile-based architecture with up to 4 tiles and HBM2 memory, while the HPG will be aimed at gaming PCs, featuring GDDR6 memory.
The Geekbench 5 entry (via @TUM_APISAK) shows the 1-tile Intel Xe-HP GPU, which features 512 EUs. The XE-HP's entry also lists a clock frequency of 1.15GHz and a device memory of 6.36GB.

Compared to current GPUs from competitors, this particular SKU is quite far behind in terms of performance. However, there is still plenty of time for Intel to optimise, work on drivers and squeeze out as much performance as possible before launch sometime next year.
According to Intel, the Xe-HP series will also be available with 2 tiles (1024 EUs) and 4 tiles (2048 EUs).
