Skyforge is coming to the Nintendo Switch next month, gameplay trailer revealed

Skyforge garnered a lot of attention back at release, in part due to a collaboration with Obsidian Entertainment. The game was announced for the Nintendo Switch last September and now, just ahead of its February release date, we've got our first look at gameplay.

Skyforge puts players on the planet Aelion and tasks them with defending it from invasion. Along the way, you’ll level up and acquire “divine powers”, while tackling quests inspired by both fantasy and science fiction. You can see some of the action in the Nintendo Switch gameplay trailer below:

Skyforge will be available as a free download on the Nintendo Switch eShop starting on the 4th of February. While the game is free to play, there are a number of bundles that can be purchased to get a boost in your levelling.

The Starter bundle includes an early unlock date for the game on Switch, 14 days of premium subscription time, in-game currency and three legendary weapons. The Deluxe bundle includes 30 days of premium subscription time, four legendary weapons, the Berserker class, and a larger amount of in-game currency. Finally, the Ultimate bundle includes two class unlocks – Berserker and Gunner, 60 days of premium subscription time, five legendary weapons, a Stormbringer TX-600 glider for faster world travel and as you would expect, an even larger amount of in-game currency.

KitGuru Says: Skyforge is coming to the Nintendo Switch in free-to-play form on the 4th of February, although bundle buyers will get to start playing on February 2nd. Have any of you played Skyforge before? Will you be trying it out on the Switch?
