Razer launches Huntsman V2 Analog with new Analog Optical switches

Today, Razer is launching the Huntsman V2 Analog, a new keyboard with Razer's brand new Analog Optical keyboard switches. With the introduction of analogue input, true full-range directional motion can be achieved on PC. Users can also adjust and program each keystroke down to the millimetre.

These Analog Optical switches have three core features. The first is obviously analogue input, with emulates an analogue joystick for smoother, nuanced control. Essentially, this means PC gamers will no longer be bound by binary WASD movement. Adjustable actuation is another key component here, as users can tune and adjust each key's actuation point from 1.5mm to a full 3.6mm keystroke. Finally, there is also dual-step actuation, so one keystroke can activate two programmed functions at once by setting functions to two different actuation points.
