Gigabyte’s RTX 3060Ti Gaming OC Pro graphics card is getting thinner

Gigabyte has launched a 2nd revision of the RTX 3060Ti Gaming OC Pro graphics card, featuring a thinner and smaller heatsink, PCB, and shroud, allowing it to fit more easily in small form factor builds.

As shared by overclockers.ua, the Gigabyte RTX 3060Ti Gaming OC Pro (rev. 2.0) graphics card has a few differences compared to the original Gaming OC Pro card. First of all, the 2nd revision of this graphics card is 4mm shorter and has 2mm less in width. The PCB is also shorter, as seen by the repositioning of the 2x PCIe power connectors (1x 8-pin and 1x 6-pin) closer to the centre of the card. Moreover, the cooling system has been changed as well, featuring a smaller heatsink, reducing the 2.5-slot design to a 2-slot one. The WindForce 3x triple-fan design remains the same.

Regarding their specifications, both feature the same factory overclock settings, featuring a 1410MHz base clock which boosts up to 1770MHz. The memory clock also remains unchanged, set at 14Gbps. Other similarities between both cards include the RGB Fusion 2.0 lighting on the side of the card and the video outputs, which include 2x HDMI 2.1 ports and 2x DisplayPort 1.4a interfaces.

Pricing and availability details have not been disclosed yet. You can learn more about the Gigabyte RTX 3060Ti Gaming OC Pro (rev. 2.0) HERE.
