Nvidia RTX 3060 and 3070 Mobile 3DMark Time Spy scores leaked

3DMark Time Spy scores of the upcoming RTX 3060 and 3070 Mobile GPUs have surfaced. These GPUs will be featured in multiple mid/high-range gaming laptops in February, but thanks to this leak, we get our first glimpse of their performance before their launch.

The Nvidia RTX 3060 Mobile is expected to feature the GA106 GPU (3840 CUDA cores) clocked at 1283-1703MHz and paired with 6GB of GDDR6 memory across a 192-bit memory bus.

As per the screenshots shared by @harukaze5719 and @9550pro, the GPU scores of the RTX 3060 entries range from 7852 to 8843 in Time Spy. Comparing these scores to the RTX 20 laptop series, it sits between the RTX 2080 Max-Q and the RTX 2080 Super Max-Q.

The higher-end RTX 3070 Mobile GPU should feature the GA104 GPU (5120 CUDA cores) and 8GB of GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit memory bus. Clocked at 1290-1620MHz.

The RTX 3070 Mobile GPU scored 9814 points in 3DMark Time Spy, which is about 11% to 24% higher than the RTX 3060 Mobile. If you had to put it side-by-side with a currently available GPU, the score is within the average score of an RTX 2070 Super for desktops.

Nvidia RTX 30 mobile series GPUs will be available in laptops starting February.
