Hitman 3 PC players can now import Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 content

Shortly before the release of Hitman 3, IO Interactive announced that it was planning to support Hitman 2 level imports on PC after all. However, due to the game’s Epic Games Store exclusivity, coming up with a solution for those who own the game on Steam is taking some time. We last heard that this solution would be in place before the end of February and true to that promise, IO Interactive opened up Hitman 3 PC level and save imports last night.

Up to now, Hitman 3 owners on PC couldn't re-play older levels from Hitman 1 and 2, or carry over their progress and unlocks from previous games without purchasing content passes. That has now changed, with Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 imports now open for Hitman 3 on PC.

Importing previously owned content into Hitman 3 is a simple three-step process. You'll need to read the instructions, link your relevant accounts and then claim your Hitman 3 content. There are a few things to double check first though. You'll want to double check all the choices before claiming content as this process can't be undone or reversed.

The content you claim will give you the Access Pass DLC, so if you own Hitman 2 on Steam, importing your locations will grant you Hitman 3's Hitman 2 Access Pass DLC, which is also sold separately for those who didn't buy the game originally. Finally, this process should be completed on a PC browser as the IO Interactive import website is not optimised for mobile.

If you own Hitman 3 on PC and the older games on Steam, you can begin importing your previously purchased content HERE.
