The full line-up of Intel Tiger Lake-H45 has been leaked alongside the specifications of each SKU. The table consists of five SKUs with 6 or 8 cores, maximum boost clocks of up to 5.0GHz and Hyper-Threading.
The table, leaked by @OneRaichu and @9550pro, shows that the Tiger Lake-H line-up will receive two Core i9 processors with 8 cores, 24MB of L3 cache, and support for DDR4-3200. When running at the configurable TDP (cTDP) of 65W, the Core i9-11980HK's base clock is 3.3GHz, but this value reduces to 2.6GHz at 45W. On two cores, the CPU can push its maximum frequency up to 5.0GHz, but at eight cores it boosts to 4.5GHz. The Core i9-10900H CPU is somewhat inferior, with a 2.5GHz base clock at 45W and 2.1GHz at the 35W cTDP. Similar to the i9-11980HK, it also boosts well beyond the base clock, reaching 4.9GHz on two cores and 4.4GHz on eight cores.

The table only includes a single Core i7 SKU, the Core i7-11800H. Just like the Tiger Lake-H i9 CPUs, it will support DDR4-3200 and feature 8 cores, and 24MB of L3 cache. The base clock at 35W (cTDP) is set at 2.0GHz, but at 45W it increases to 2.4GHz. Due to the lack of ITBM 3.0, the Core i7 is limited to a 2-core boost of up to 4.6GHz. The all-core boost is also marginally lower than the i9 processors, hitting up to 4.2GHz.
Lastly, there will be two new i5 processors: the Core i5-11400H and the Core i5-11260H. These two 6C/12T processors will come with 12MB of L3 cache and support for DDR4-2933. The Core i5-11400H features a 2.2/2.7GHz base clock at 35/45W and boosts up to 4.5GHz on two cores and 4.1GHz on six cores. The Core i5-11260H clocks slightly lower, with a 2.1/2.6GHz base clock at 35/45W, boosting up to 4.4GHz on two cores and up to 4.0GHz on six cores.
The new Intel Tiger Lake-H processors are scheduled to release in Q2 2021.
