This week, Gigabyte has announced a new 43-inch monitor during a special Aorus event held in Vietnam. The Aorus FV43U brings gaming monitor features to a TV-like size, aimed at those looking to take their PC gaming to the next level.
According to the details shared by congngheviet.com, the upcoming FV43U will be Gigabyte's largest monitor ever. Featuring a 43-inch screen with 4K resolution, 1ms MPRT, and 144Hz refresh rate, the FV43U comes with a 10-bit panel that covers 97% of the DCI-P3 colour gamut. The Aorus FV43U has been certified by VESA with DisplayHDR 1000, meaning it should be capable of hitting a peak brightness of 1000nits.
During this event, Gigabyte also showcased multiple other products, including the latest additions to the Vision and Aorus series of components and peripherals. Additionally, Gigabyte officially launched the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3080 Gaming OC Waterforce WB, which had been unveiled earlier this year.
The Vietnamese store Gearshop.vn already has the Aorus FV43U available for pre-order, priced at 34,990,000 VND (£1100). The monitor is expected to release in early April.
