Dell is bolstering its gaming monitor offerings this month with four new displays aimed at high refresh rate gaming on PC as well as next-gen consoles like the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5. Ranging from a flat 25-inch IPS panel to a curved 34-inch VA panel, all new Dell high refresh-rate gaming monitors support variable refresh rates to eliminate screen tearing and create a smoother gaming experience.
The Dell S2522HG, also known as “Dell 25 Gaming Monitor”, features a 24.5-inch Fast IPS panel with a FullHD resolution, 240Hz refresh rate, and 1ms G2G response time. Supporting both AMD and Nvidia adaptive sync technologies, the new Dell 25 Gaming Monitor can cover 99% of the sRGB colour gamut. The included stand allows users to pivot, tilt, swivel, and adjust the height. Pricing is still unknown, but the release is scheduled for the 27th of May.
Next up we have the 27-inch S2722DGM and 32-inch S3222DGM, both featuring curved VA panels with a 165Hz refresh rate and a QHD resolution. The 27-inch model has a 1500R curvature, while the 32-inch model comes with a 1800R curvature. Both monitors support AMD FreeSync Premium. Other specs and features are still to be announced, but both of these monitors are expected to be available starting on the 22nd of June.
The last of the four monitors is the S3422DWG, featuring a 34-inch curved VA panel with UWQHD (3440×1440) resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Certified with AMD FreeSync Premium and VESA DisplayHDR 400, the S3422DWG covers up to 90% of the DCI-P3 wide colour gamut. This monitor should release alongside the S2522HG on the 27th of May.
