We appear to have a new look at AMD's roadmap for the next two years. The leaked slide claims to show AMD's plans through 2022, including the first AMD APUs based on the Zen 3+ core architecture and support for DDR5 memory. The same leaker also shared some information about Zen 4 and AMD's codenamed “Warhol” CPUs.
The AMD APU roadmap shared by @sepeuwmjh is divided into four categories: HP (High Power), LP (Low Power), ULP (Ultra-Low Power) and ELP (Extreme Low Power). In the HP category (45W), Rembrandt will succeed Cezanne. Featuring Zen 3+ core architecture, Navi 2x GPUs, and support for LPDDR5/DDR5 memory, the Rembrandt architecture is expected to be based on TSMC's 6nm process node.
add:The core of zen4 is 5nm, and the io die is 6nm.

Like the current line-up of Ryzen 5000U APUs, AMD will also release two sets of LP APUs with different specifications in 2022. Besides the Rembrandt-U APUs, which will share the same specifications as the HP Rembrandt APUs but with a 15W TDP, there's also the Barcelo-U, which is said to come with a 15W TDP, Zen 3 core architecture and Vega graphics.
In the ULP class, Dragon Crest will replace Van Gogh. As per the roadmap, both share similar specifications, including Zen 2 core architecture, Navi 2x graphics, and support for LPDDR5. The ELP category remains the same throughout 2021 and 2022.
Aside from the roadmap, the leaker also stated that the AM4 Warhol will be based on TSMC's 6nm process node, but the I/O die will still be using 12nm. As for Zen 4, it will use 5nm, and its I/O die will employ the 6nm process node.
KitGuru says: It looks like AMD has a lot in store for us. Most of what the leaker shared is for the mobile segment, but desktop platforms should follow a similar trend. Which upcoming AMD architecture are you most excited about?
