Photos of a GPU shipment containing unreleased MSI RTX 3080 Ti Ventus 3X 12GB graphics cards have emerged. The photos show the shipping labels, confirming the existence of the RTX 3080 Ti and the 12GB memory buffer.
Besides confirming the existence of the RTX 3080 Ti, the photos shared by VideoCardz also put an end to the rumours surrounding the size of the memory buffer. As per the box's label on the photos, the RTX 3080 Ti cards will feature a 12GB memory buffer, presumably GDDR6X. Therefore, the memory buffer should use a 384-bit bus.

The GPU shipment that seems to be heading to LA was composed of other batches of MSI models, including Radeon RX 580 Armor OC cards, GT710 2GD3 LP cards, and unknown RTX 3090 cards.
The upcoming RTX 3080 Ti is said to feature the GA102-225 GPU with 10240 CUDA cores, 80 RT cores, and 320 Tensor Cores. According to @kopite7kimi, the card should come with a boost clock of 1665MHz and the memory clocked at 19 Gbps. We still have to see if it will feature a crypto mining limiter. The RTX 3080 Ti is currently rumoured to launch in May alongside the RTX 3070 Ti.
