Alien: Isolation is free on the Epic Games Store

Each week, the Epic Games Store offers a number of titles for free to all those with an Epic Games Account. While the scope of the games offered vary from week to week, currently players can get their hands on the much-loved survival horror game Alien: Isolation.

From Now until the 29th of April, all those with an Epic Games account can purchase Alien: Isolation and Hand of Fate 2 entirely for free. Hand of Fate 2 is a roguelike dungeon crawler which uses the unique mechanic of cards to determine how the game pans out. The mixture and melding of multiple genres makes Hand of Fate 2 a unique game indeed.

Alien: Isolation is a first person survival horror experience based on the popular Alien film franchise, Developed by Creative Assembly and published by SEGA, Alien: isolation was well received by both critics and fans alike, with particular praise being given to the game’s atmosphere and faithfulness to the franchise.

Both Alien: Isolation and Hand of Fate 2 are currently available to purchase and download completely for free until the 29th of April at 4pm BST, at which point they will be replaced by the Dungeons & Dragons strategy management video game Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms (though once added to your library, these games will remain there indefinitely).
