Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is just a few days away, with the launch pencilled in for the 25th of October. On day-one, gamers will have access to an all-new campaign, as well as the launch-day multiplayer maps and playlists. A few weeks later, Activision will get the ball rolling with the first seasonal content.
We often see Activision give players a couple of weeks to get through the campaign and get up to speed with the multiplayer in low-stakes games. Then, the launch continues with the first seasonal battle pass, as well as the latest version of Warzone.
It seems there will be a similar schedule in place for this year's Black Ops 6. As spotted over in the US, a recent Call of Duty promotional page did claim that the first season would begin on the 14th of November.
While that date hasn't been publicly advertised at this stage, it fits with the usual timeline for Call of Duty. Since acquiring Activision last year, it has made it quite clear that it does not plan to rock the boat with Call of Duty too much, sticking to the tried and true methods that have kept the franchise on top for decades.
