Razer revamps wireless audio with Hammerhead True Wireless X ear buds

Razer is upgrading its Hammerhead wireless earbuds this month, with the introduction of the new Hammerhead True Wireless X. These ear buds aim to deliver the same quality audio performance, with less latency and with easier pairing to mobile devices.

The Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X includes custom-tuned 13mm drivers to deliver rich audio for entertainment, music and games. For the competitive edge while gaming, these ear buds are optimised to deliver low latency, which in this case is 60ms.

For better and easier pairing with Android devices, the Hammerhead True Wireless X comes with support for Google Fast Pair, enabling Bluetooth 5.2 and Auto-Pairing. This means a painless setup and pairing process and you can begin streaming from your phone as soon as the ear buds leave their charging case.

Beyond better pairing, Razer has also implemented customisable backlit LED touch controls on each earbud, so you can answer calls, adjust volume, skip a song etc without having to grab your phone. Using the Razer Audio App, all of this can be customised, so you can remap touch gestures, adjust lighting effects or make changes to the EQ based on personal preference.

The Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X ear buds are available starting this week, offering up to 28 hours of wireless battery life. You can get them from the Razer Store for £79.99.
