Nvidia keeps expanding the DLSS environment. With 57 games and counting, DLSS is now also supported on Unreal Engine 5 through a free plugin. Moreover, Nvidia will also introduce support for its upscaling technology on Unity 2021.2, but an exact date hasn't been set yet.
As of today, DLSS is supported in 57 games, including the recently launched Lego Builder's Journey. However, the list will keep growing in the coming months, with Doom Eternal on June 29th, Rust on July 1st, The Ascent on July 29th, and Red Dead Redemption II, Icarus: First Cohort and Dying 1983 coming at a later date.
Besides all the games already supporting DLSS and the ones coming, Unreal Engine 5 has also received support for Nvidia's upscaling technology. Similar to UE4, DLSS on UE5 can be implemented through a free plugin. Unity Engine 2021.2 will also receive support at a later date.
Lastly, Nvidia announced that starting today, Valve's Proton supports DLSS. For now, only Vulkan titles such as DOOM Eternal, No Man’s Sky, and Wolfenstein: Youngblood are supported, but DirectX titles are expected to come this Fall.

KitGuru says: Unreal Engine 5 is still in the early access phase, so its great to see DLSS support being added so early on.
