The first six months following Cyberpunk 2077’s release were filled with bug fixes. We’ve known for a while now that CD Projekt is planning new content and a next-gen console patch for the second half of the year, which we may hear more on soon as the studio has begun teasing its “biggest update yet”.
Following on from Cyberpunk 2077’s 1.23 patch, the game has returned to the PlayStation Store and Microsoft is dropping its extended refund policy for the game on Xbox. At this point, CD Projekt Red says that the game has reached a “satisfying level” in terms of bug fixes, stability and performance.
As pointed out by DSO Gaming, CD Projekt Red is now teasing its “biggest update yet” for Cyberpunk 2077 and “more things to come” in an advertising campaign. With that in mind, we can expect some bigger announcements from CD Projekt Red soon.
At this point, Cyberpunk 2077 still has a series of free DLCs, a next-gen console upgrade patch and expansions due to be properly revealed.
