Earlier this year, Sony unveiled its next big live-service game, Concord. With two betas coming up for both console and PC, the team at Firewalk has shared the minimum and recommended hardware requirements to play the game at 1080p/60FPS, 1440p/60FPS or 4K/60FPS.
The minimum PC requirements aren't particularly high but you will need a reasonably modern PC with a 64-bit operating system and a GPU with full DX12 compatibility. The requirements to play at high or ultra settings are significantly higher.
The full PC system requirements can be found below:
Minimum (1080p/60FPS, low settings):
- CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K or AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
- Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 1660 (6GB) or Radeon RX 5500 XT
- RAM: 8GB DDR4
- Storage: 30GB SSD
Recommended (1080p/60FPS, medium settings):
- CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K or AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
- Graphics Card: GeForce RTX 2070 Super or Radeon RX 5700 XT
- RAM: 16GB DDR4
- Storage: 30GB SSD
Performance (1440p/60FPS, high settings):
- CPU: Intel Core i7-10700K or AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
- Graphics Card: GeForce RTX 3080 or Radeon RX 6800 XT
- RAM: 16GB DDR4
- Storage: 30GB SSD
Ultra (4K/60FPS, ultra settings):
- CPU: Intel Core i7-10700K or AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
- Graphics Card: GeForce RTX 4070 Ti or Radeon RX 7900 XT
- RAM: 16GB DDR4
- Storage: 30GB SSD
In all cases, you will need to be running Windows 10 64-bit with the Creators Update. If you leave your OS updates switched to auto, then you should already have this update installed if you are still running Windows 10. Windows 11 users will already be good to go.
The Concord beta begins for PC and PS5 on July 12th and ends on the 14th. There will be another beta weekend the following week, running from July 18th to July 21st. The game will then launch a month later on the 23rd of August.

KitGuru Says: Reception to this game's reveal trailer was not great but if the actual gameplay ends up being fun, then Concord should find an audience. Are any of you planning on trying out the Concord beta?
