ASUS ROG is giving some of its most popular gaming peripherals a fresh coat of paint. The new Moonlight White series of peripherals aims for a minimalistic aesthetic across the keyboard, mouse and headset, offering something different to ROG's usual red and black colour scheme.
The new Moonlight White colourway is available for the ROG Strix Scope NX TKL mechanical RGB keyboard, the ROG Strix Impact II ambidextrous gaming mouse, the ROG Strix Go Core gaming headset and the ROG Cetra II Core in-ear headphones.
As a refresher, the ROG Strix Scope NX TKL keyboard is a tenkeyless mechanical keyboard with an extra-wide Ctrl key that's easier to press during first-person shooters. There is also Asus Aura RGB lighting throughout for an extra pop of colour.
The ROG Strix Impact II is a lightweight ambidextrous gaming mouse with a soft-rubber cable, a 6,200 DPI sensor and pivoted buttons for fast, tactile clicks. The mouse weighs just 79g, which is typically preferred amongst competitive gamers.
Next up are the ROG Strix Go Core and ROG Cetra II Core headphones. Firstly, the ROG Strix Go Core is a 3.5mm gaming headset that supports all platforms, from PC to Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. The headset is equipped with ASUS Essence 40mm drivers with airtight chambers to enhance audio – it also has a certified by Discord microphone. Finally, the ROG Cetra II Core are in-ear gaming headphones, also featuring Asus Essence drivers, this time made of liquid silicone rubber.
The new ASUS ROG Moonlight White gaming peripherals will be available in August. Pricing has yet to be revealed. Discuss on our Facebook page, HERE.
