In recent weeks, we've seen a number of reports claiming to have early information on next-gen AMD GPUs, known as Navi 31, Navi 32 and Navi 33. All three will be based on the RDNA 3 architecture and some newly created block diagrams for these GPUs help summarise the specifications we've seen reported so far.
As per Olrak's GPU block diagram of the Navi 31, the next-gen AMD flagship GPU built to power the RX 7900 and 7800 series is expected to have a dual-chiplet design, with 2x CGD based on a 5nm node and an MCD based on a 6nm node. Summed up, this GPU should come with 15,360 stream processors, an undisclosed amount of GDDR6 memory across a 256-bit memory bus, and up to 512MB of Infinity Cache.

The block diagram for Navi 32 suggests that it will also use a similar dual-chiplet design but fewer streaming processors than Navi 31. As it seems, it will feature 10,240 streaming processors, up to 384MB of Infinity Cache and a 192-bit memory bus powered by GDDR6 memory. We would expect to see this GPU being employed on RX 7700 series cards.
Lastly, we have the Navi 33 GPU diagram, featuring a monolithic design similar to current-gen AMD GPUs. Expected to come with 5,120 streaming processors, 256MB of Infinity Cache and GDDR6 128-bit memory support, this GPU will probably power the RX 7600 series.
The first GPUs powered by a Navi 3x GPU are expected to release in late 2022. We should see high-end graphics cards first, followed by mid-range and entry-level options later on.
