EK is launching EK-Pro GPU water blocks for the RTX A100 and RTX A6000

When we talk about custom water cooling a GPU, workstation graphics cards aren't the first ones to come to mind, but there are still some obvious benefits to doing so. Starting this month, those with an Nvidia RTX A6000 or A100 graphics card will be able to move over to custom liquid cooling, thanks to the new EK-Pro water blocks.

The EK-Pro GPU WB RTX A6000 water block features a CNC-machined nickel-plated copper base with a laser-cut stainless steel top, cooling the GPU, VRAM, and the VRM, as well as other critical areas. The block comes with a backplate to protect the card and increase structural strength. The connection terminals use G ¼” fittings and can be found on the backside of the water block.

Like most EK water blocks, the EK-Pro GPU WB RTX A6000 uses EK's Open Split-Flow cooling engine known for its low hydraulic flow restriction, allowing users to mount these blocks with pumps running at low speeds and maintain its efficiency. The block comes with EPDM O-Rings to prevent leaks, and the brass standoffs are pre-installed to ease the installation process. This block is available for €259.90.

As for the EK-Pro GPU WB RTX A100 block, it shares much with the A6000 version. The A100 water block is also CNC machined out of nickel-plated electrolytic copper, and the top is in stainless steel. The block comes with a similar backplate and covers all critical areas of the GPU, including the GPU, VRAM, and the VRM. The connection terminal also uses G ¼” fittings and is located in the same place as EK's RTX A6000 water block.

Moreover, it also employs the same Open Split-Flow cooling engine and EPDM O-Rings. To make the mounting process easier for the user, the brass standoffs come pre-installed. The EK-Pro A100 water block is also selling for €259.90.
