Halo Infinite PC system requirements announced

Halo Infinite multiplayer is now available for everyone and the game's PC system requirements have now been revealedDivided by “low (minimum)”, “medium”, “high (recommended)”, and “ultra” specs, the game seems relatively easy to run but hard to max out.

Regardless of the tier, you will need about 50GB of free storage to install the game. Windows 10 x64 is also mandatory but differs depending on which tier we're looking at. The bare minimum to run the game is Windows 10 RS5 x64 (October 2018 update), while the remaining tiers have the Windows 10 19H2 x64 (November 2019 update) as the OS.

The rest of the minimum system requirements call for an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 or Intel Core i5-4440, an AMD Radeon RX570 or Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti and at least 8GB of RAM. The “medium” requirements increase to an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 or Intel Core i5-9500 and an AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT (8GB) or Nvidia GTX 1660, and 8GB of RAM.

Moving on to the recommended system requirements, Microsoft and 343 Industries claim you'll need an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X or Intel Core i7-9700K, an AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT or Nvidia RTX 2070 and 16GB of RAM. To run the game on Ultra, the CPU requirements increase to an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X or Intel Core i9-11900K and the GPU requirements to an AMD Radeon RX 6800XT or Nvidia RTX 3080.

Halo Infinite Multiplayer is now available to download on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store for free. The campaign mode will release on December 8th and will be available for all Game Pass subscribers.
