Specs for upcoming Intel and Nvidia entry-level GPUs have leaked

We've seen an increasing number of leaks and rumours around the entry-level desktop graphics card market recently. At this point, AMD has the RX 6500 XT and RX 6400 lined up, while Intel has its upcoming Arc Alchemist 128EU GPU, and Nvidia appears to be preparing a desktop version of the RTX 3050.

As reported by GPU leaker, @kopite7kimi, Nvidia is preparing the RTX 3050, which will feature a GA106-150-Kx-A1 GPU with 3072 CUDA cores and 8GB of GDDR6 memory. Based on the RTX 3050 specifications and lack of room between this GPU and the RTX 2060 12GB, it is possible that the RTX 3050 Ti does not make its way to desktops.

Leaker @TUM_APISAK also had some news to share on Intel's entry-level graphics card. Named Intel Arc A380, it will feature the DG2 GPU with 128EUs, which will be able to clock up to 2.45GHz. This GPU is expected to be paired with 6GB of GDDR6 memory on a 96-bit memory bus. This GPU is expected to offer similar performance to an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Super. However, it is unclear if the Arc A380 is a desktop or laptop GPU at this time.

These entry-level graphics cards from AMD, Intel and Nvidia are all expected to launch in the first half of 2022.

KitGuru says: The first half of 2022 is building up to be quite exciting for those looking to build an entry-level system. With new entry-level GPUs, Intel non-K processors, and Ryzen's refresh coming during this period, there should be plenty of choice available for those building a budget PC.
