Fortnite to get cel-shaded Wolverine and Deadpool skins in upcoming crossover

A couple weeks ago, it was leaked that in alignment with the upcoming Deadpool and Wolverine film, the duo would be crossing over into the world of Fortnite. Though it has yet to be officially announced, images of the pair have now leaked online, all-but-confirming the impending announcement.

As shared by known Fortnite leaker iFireMonkey, the upcoming Deadpool & Wolverine bundles which were claimed to be coming to the game have now been fully shown off, revealing that the skins will adopt a cel-shaded art style – and will come in a couple variants including a maskless Wolverine and semi-maskless Deadpool.

Interestingly, this marks the second time that both Deadpool and Wolverine have been made available in Fortnite – though in both prior instances the skins were of a different design and could only be earned through the Battle Pass.

As with pretty much all live-service skins these days, expect the Deadpool and Wolverine bundles to be rather costly. That said, at the very least Fortnite do clearly put a lot of care and effort into their crossover skins.

KitGuru says: What do you think of the skins? How do they compare to their other Fortnite counterparts? Are you excited for the Deadpool & Wolverine film? Let us know down below.
