Intel and AMD CES 2022 keynotes scheduled for January 4th

As you might know, CES 2022 is right around the corner, and we expect major announcements. CES 2022 will be kicking off with two major keynotes, one from Intel and another from AMD, during which we expect to see new CPU and GPU announcements.

According to Andreas Schilling, AMD will hold its CES 2022 press conference on January 4th, at 4 PM CET (3 PM GMT). During the event, AMD is expected to launch new Ryzen processors with 3D V-Cache, and new entry-level graphics cards for the Radeon RX 6000 series.

Intel will also hold an event on that same day, but a bit later, at 6 PM GMT, lasting 45 minutes, according to @Dayman55. Intel is expected to focus on the laptop market, with new 12th Gen Core processors for laptops, as well as mobile versions of its upcoming Arc Alchemist GPUs. We may also get some early details on Arc Alchemist graphics cards for desktop.

Nvidia is also expected to appear at CES 2022, but a keynote has not been announced at this time. Recent rumours suggest we’ll see new RTX 30 series SKUs, including the RTX 3090 Ti, and new versions of the RTX 3070 Ti and RTX 3080 with more VRAM.
