Most of us know Razer for peripherals and gaming laptops, but its portfolio keeps expanding to other areas. This week at CES, Razer unveiled a limited edition smartwatch, made in partnership with Fossil.
Powered by the Snapdragon Wear 4100+ Platform and 1GB of RAM, Razer x Fossil Gen 6 smartwatch has all the power you may need at your wrist. Like many modern smartwatches, it runs Google's Wear OS and is eligible for the Wears OS 3 upgrade coming later this year. The smartwatch also features an upgraded heart rate sensor, a new SpO2 sensor to track the amount of oxygen in the user's blood, and Fossil's Cardio Fitness Level tracking technology.
Featuring a 44mm stainless steel case with a 1.28-inch AMOLED display, Razer's upcoming smartwatch comes with custom-designed black and green interchangeable straps (22mm). There are also three watch faces to choose from, including Text, Analog and Chroma (4x RGB effects). Battery life is rated for over 24 hours, and you can charge up to 80% in just 30 minutes via the 4-pin USB fast charging port.
The Razer X Fossil Gen 6 smartwatch will be available on January 10th for $329 and limited to 1,337 units.
