Ghostwire: Tokyo PC system requirements revealed

Sony has another major PS5 exclusive coming up next month in Ghostwire: Tokyo, one of just a few games to completely drop last-gen hardware to focus exclusively on next-gen. Similarly to Deathloop, Ghostwire: Tokyo will be coming to PC on day-one alongside the PS5 launch, and now we know exactly what PC hardware we'll need to run the game.

In an update to the Steam Store page for Ghostwire: Tokyo, Tango Gameworks has revealed the minimum and recommended system requirements. The good news is that the game does not take up much storage space, coming in at just 20GB. However, judging by the requirements as they currently are, the game will be quite memory intensive.

The full PC system requirements for Ghostwire: Tokyo can be found below:

Minimum

  • OS: 64-bit Windows 10 version 1909 or higher
  • Processor: Core I7 4770K or AMD Ryzen 5 2600
  • Memory: 12GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GTX 1060 or AMD RX 5500 XT (VRAM 6 GB or higher)
  • Storage: 20GB available space

Recommended

  • OS: 64-bit Windows 10 version 1909 or higher
  • Processor: Core I7 6700 or AMD Ryzen 5 2600
  • Memory: 16GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GTX 1080 or AMD RX 5600 XT (VRAM 6 GB or higher)
  • Storage: 20GB available space

The PC requirements also note that an SSD is recommended, but like other SSD-recommended games, it should still run fine on a HDD, albeit with longer loading times.

Ghostwire: Tokyo will release on PC and PS5 on the 25th of March. In March 2023, the game's time exclusivity will run out, at which point, it should also come to Xbox consoles, as well as Xbox Game Pass for PC and console.

KitGuru Says: Ghostwire: Tokyo looked great during the recent gameplay showcase. Are any of you thinking about picking this up next month?
