Swiftpoint Z2 and ProPoint Mice Showcase

Swiftpoint is a company that makes mice with one key focus – ergonomics. The Z2 is a fully fledged productivity and gaming beast, with a built in gyroscope and accelerometer, as well as haptic feedback and an OLED screen, while the ProPoint may be the strangest mouse we’ve ever seen at KitGuru… It’s a pen grip style mouse that has been designed to prevent repetitive strain injuries and keep your hands and wrist safe when using a mouse over long periods of time. Here’s everything these quirky peripherals bring to the table.

The Swiftpoint Z2 is an ergonomically designed gaming and productivity mouse that is packed full of features to aid with comfort and efficiency. Inside the matte black shell you'll find a gyroscope and accelerometer, which enable the Z2 to process inputs when tilting the mouse either left or right, ideal for leaning in supported FPS games. What's more, the Z2 features a builtin haptic motor which can be fully customised and assigned to actions, helping you feel when your inputs have been registered via a gentle (or not so gentle) vibration.

Alongside those tilt and vibration features, the Z2 has what Swiftpoint call ‘Deep Click' technology' – which translates to the left click, right click, scroll wheel and two of the additional buttons being force sensitive. Each one of these pressure sensitive buttons can have multiple actions assigned to it and each are fully customisable in regards to how much pressure is needed for the assigned action to be executed. This leads to many use cases across gaming and general productivity work – such as copying and pasting with a single mouse button.
