AMD EPYC Milan-X, Threadripper Pro 5000 and Ryzen 7 5800X3D may launch this month

AMD announced the Ryzen 7 5800X3D two months ago, but we're yet to see this processor available for sale. However, a new report claims the 3D V-Cache-powered CPU is already being shipped, alongside the EPYC Milan-X and Threadripper Pro 5000 chips.

Renowned leaker Greymon55 was the first to claim that AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D chips were already leaving the factory and should become available by the end of March for $350. This date would match the vague release period given by AMD when it announced the CPU, which stated the 3D V-Cache processor would release this spring.

However, it seems the Ryzen CPU won't be coming alone. According to VideoCardz, AMD Ryzen Threadripper Pro 5000 and EPYC 7000x may also come later this month. The new Threadripper Pro CPUs are expected to release for OEMs on March 8th, and the EPYC chips featuring 3D V-Cache should become available on March 21st.

In addition, the media outlet also shared a more specific release date about the Ryzen 7 5800X3D. The new AMD chip will come out on March 14th or March 21st, as there's some confusion between the review embargo and the release dates.
