Ahead of the launch of the Expanded and Enhanced versions of GTA V for the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, prices for the remastered title have finally been revealed, offering an introductory price alongside it.
With preorders for the next-gen versions of GTA V going live for the Xbox Series X|S and PS5, we now know how much the game is going to cost. Interestingly, Rockstar is offering an introductory price for the game. From now until the 14th of June, GTA Online can be picked up on the Xbox Series X|S for just £9, with the PS5 version being free-to-keep.
The Story mode and online together meanwhile will cost £17.50 on Xbox, with it costing just £8.75 on PS5 (thanks to Online being free). From the 15th of June onwards however, prices are standardised at £18 for GTA Online and £35 for the full package, no matter your system of choice.
Considering the list of changes and improvements coming with this new version of GTA V, the introductory prices are quite fair, especially on PS5. Of course whether it costs £10 or £100, GTA V will continue to sell like hotcakes and so it will be interesting to see just how many people re-purchase the game on next-gen.
