AMD has already confirmed we will see the new AMD Ryzen 7000 series CPUs later this year, during the second half of 2022. Now according to sources, these new processors will enter mass production very soon, raising the possibility of an early Q4 launch.
According to Greymon55, the AMD Ryzen 7000 series will enter mass production in April/early May. The new processors should then release four to five months after mass production begins, raising the possibility of an early Q4 release (October).
The packing plant has already prepared all the work and will start mass production next month or early May.

Assuming this is all accurate, AMD's new CPUs should arrive in a similar timeframe to Intel's 13th Gen “Raptor Lake” processors, setting things up for a big CPU showdown to end the year.
Currently, the Ryzen 7000 series is expected to be based on TSMC's 5nm node, featuring up to 16x cores and 32x threads, as well as clock speeds up to 5GHz. These new processors will utilise the new AM5 socket, marking AMD's move from a PGA socket to an LGA one. The new chips will also support the latest standards, including DDR5 memory and PCIe 5.0.
