GeForce Now adds instant game demos

Nvidia is beginning to outline its plans for GeForce Now in April. This month, a new feature will be rolling out – Instant Demos, allowing players to test out certain titles over the cloud, on almost any device, before spending any money. This will be particularly useful for those looking to quickly see if their network is up to the task of cloud gaming.

The new “Instant Play Free Demos” row in the GeForce Now app will begin showing up for users today. The first wave of supported titles includes the likes of Chorus, Ghostrunner, Diplomacy is Not an Option, The Riftbreaker Prologue and Inscryption. Each game can be tried for a limited time on GeForce Now before purchasing the full PC version.

The other games coming to GeForce Now this week include:

  • Die After Sunset (Steam)
  • ELDERBORN (Steam)
  • Northgard (Epic Games Store)
  • Offworld Trading Company (Steam)
  • Spirit Of The Island (Steam)
  • TUNIC (Epic Games Store)

All six games will be available for streaming on GFN starting today. Over the next few weeks, 20 games will be added to the GeForce Now library, including the six announced today.
