Teamgroup launches new DDR5 memory with slim cooler design

With more DDR5-compatible platforms coming out later this year, Teamgroup is expanding its memory line-up with the new T-Create DDR5 memory DIMM and SO-DIMM modules, covering both desktops and laptops.

Starting with the DIMM modules, Teamgroup T-Create DDR5 Classic look like the DDR4 counterpart but is much faster, delivering 16GB of RAM through a single channel with speeds up to 5600MHz and voltage at 1.1V.

On the other hand, the new Teamgroup T-Create DDR5 Expert DIMM modules are slightly different from their predecessors, featuring a new cooling solution to accompany the increased power requirements of DDR5 memory. These modules will be available in kits of 2x16GB and 2x32GB clocked up to 5600MHz.

TeamGroup hasn't yet announced pricing, but these modules should be hitting the market soon.
