Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown launched to a lot of praise, but the lack of a Steam version of the game meant that Ubisoft was missing out on a lot of PC-based customers. That issue has been resolved today with the game's release on Steam and better yet, it is Steam Deck verified and can run at Ultra settings up to 90FPS.
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is now officially available through Steam. Those with a Steam Deck can expect to play the game at Ultra graphics settings, at 60FPS on the Steam Deck LCD and at 90FPS on the newer Steam Deck OLED model. If you enjoy playing platformers on a handheld, the Steam Deck will give you far greater performance and better visuals than you would find on the Nintendo Switch version.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is a metroidvania style platformer. You have all of the Prince's usual powers and abilities, including slick parkour moves to speed through levels, and dual-wielded swords to take down any enemies in your path.
The game launched to great reviews, but if you prefer a more roguelike style, then The Rogue Prince of Persia might be up your alley instead. The game launched into Steam Early Access earlier this year and unlike The Lost Crown, it does not require an Ubisoft account to play.

KitGuru Says: With this finally landing on Steam, I'll be picking it up for my Steam Deck. After all, I do need something to pull me away from Balatro for a while.
