Leak reveals clock speeds of Intel Core Ultra 5 245, 235 and Core Ultra 3 205

Leaked details about the upcoming Intel Arrow Lake-S CPUs are shedding light on additional SKUs. Three new chips have been uncovered, including the Core Ultra 5 245, Core Ultra 5 235, and Core Ultra 3 205, all designed with a targeted TDP of 65W or lower. This same leak also provides insight into the clock frequencies for each model.

According to @OneRaichu, the Core Ultra 5 245 will feature a 3.4GHz base clock, a 5.1GHz boost clock for Lion Cove (P-Cores), and a 4.9 GHz all-core boost. Its E-cores are expected to go up to 4.5GHz. The Core Ultra 5 235 is said to have slightly lower clock speeds, with a maximum P-Core boost of 5GHz and an all-core boost of 4.8GHz for the P-cores and 4.4Ghz for the E-cores. Both versions are anticipated to pack 14x cores, of which 6x are P-cores and 8x are E-cores.

Additionally, specifications for the Core Ultra 3 205 have also been reported. This SKU is expected to feature 4x Lion Cove and 4x Skymont cores, resulting in a total of 8x cores and 8x threads. The base clock for this model is reported to be 3.9GHz, with a boost clock of up to 4.8GHz for the P-Cores and a boost clock range of 3.3 to 4.2GHz for the E-Cores.

While rumours suggest that the Core Ultra 200 K-Series will be launched on October 17th, these mentioned above are not expected to be part of the initial launch. These mid- and entry-level variants are expected to debut next year at CES 2025, assuming Intel will retain its typical launch schedule.
