The best-known peripheral brands tend to opt for gaming-oriented designs. However, Lofree has chosen a more retro aesthetic for its three new mechanical keyboards, all of which include Bluetooth wireless connectivity.
Starting with the Lofree Wanderfree Moment, this mechanical keyboard comes with a premium luggage-style keyboard case for transportation. With an 84-key, tenkeyless layout, the Wanderfree Moment is built on a solid aluminium alloy chassis, using Cherry MX Brown switches. In addition, it has two connection modes (Bluetooth 5.0 and wired USB-C) and one-click device switching for increased versatility.
Then, there's the Lofree 1% mechanical keyboard, coming with an almost fully transparent design. Besides the lettering in the keycaps, everything else is transparent. That includes the patented PBT keycaps, the chassis, and the Cherry MX Jellyfish switches. Featuring a 68-key layout backlit by white LEDs with seven lightning effects, the 1% is supported by Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. Like the Wanderfree Moment, it has dual connection modes and allows you to switch between devices easily. Lastly, it packs a 2000mAh battery that can last for up to 60 days.
Lastly, we have the Lofree Gift Box Wireless Mechanical Keyboard, which results from a partnership with Accidental design. As the name might suggest, this 68-key keyboard using yellow switches (probably Gateron) comes in a special gift box. The keyboard also comes with a Walnut and Brass wood case, a wooded shell and a set of PBT keycaps. Featuring similar connection modes as the other two (BT 5.0 and wired USB), this keyboard can be used with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
All three keyboards are available, with the 1% keyboard costing $199. The Gift Box Wireless and Wanderfree Moment keyboards are both considerably more expensive, coming in at $369. Discuss on our Facebook page, HERE.
