Pros:

  • Brilliant microphone.
  • Comfortable for long durations.
  • Plenty of customisation in iCUE.
  • Dolby Audio 7.1 Surround.
  • Durable metal and plastic construction.
  • 3.5mm cable for extra compatibility.
  • Lightweight.

Cons:

  • Virtual 7.1 can sound echoey and strange sometimes.
  • Non-detachable 3.5mm cable.
  • No RGB (though some might like this.)

KitGuru says: The Corsair HS65 turned out to be a fairly decent addition to the Corsair headset lineup – if you're an RGB lover you may be disappointed, but as a fan of minimalist equipment I think the HS65 looks great. The sound quality overall was a bit disappointing out of the box but was improved greatly when tweaked in iCUE.
