So far, we've heard quite a bit about the RTX 4090, RTX 4080 and RTX 4070 graphics cards in rumours and leaks, but very few have mentioned the RTX 4060. That is starting to change now, with one leaker claiming it will be more power-hungry than an RTX 3070.
According to kopi7kimi, the RTX 4060 will have a higher TDP than the RTX 3070. Assuming this is correct, you should expect something north of 220W. Considering Nvidia has been increasing the TDP of its xx60 series cards for the past three generations, such a high TDP isn't that surprising.
I don't care about the real release date. I'm just curious about the performance of RTX 4060, which consumes more power than RTX 3070.

In addition to the RTX 4060 rumour, Wccftech also claims that the RTX 4090 will release in October, followed by the RTX 4080 in November and the RTX 4070 in December. The RTX 4060 will apparently be announced at next year's CES in January 2023.
The new report contradicts other release date rumours, which place the release of the RTX 4070, 4080 and 4090 cards earlier in the year, during Q3, rather than Q4.

KitGuru says: The TDP of the RTX 4060 alone won't be enough to estimate performance, but considering the +220W TDP, it could end up performing similarly to an RTX 3070 Ti. No official announcements have been made yet though, so for now, everything should be treated as rumour and speculation.
