Hollow Knight: Silksong is coming to Xbox Game Pass on day-one

Hollow Knight: Silksong has been highly anticipated since its announcement, but the game still doesn't have a release date. However, launch doesn't seem to be too far away at this point, as confirmed by the game's new appearance during the Xbox and Bethesda Showcase. 

Early on in last night's show, Hollow Knight: Silksong debuted a new trailer, and was confirmed as a day-one title for Xbox Game Pass once it releases:

The trailer did not include a release date, but almost every game Microsoft revealed during the show is releasing in the next 12 months. Later on, the Xbox Twitter account confirmed that Silksong is one of the games planned to release by this time next year.

Hollow Knight: Silksong is a sequel to the award winning action platformer. In the new game, players will adventure to new lands, discover new powers and face off against over 150 different enemies.

KitGuru Says: It seems unlikely that Hollow Knight: Silksong will be out this year, but it should slot in sometime in the first half of 2023.
