An AMD Ryzen 3 7320U CPU has been spotted on the UserBenchmark database. Looking at its naming, most people would claim this is a low-TDP laptop CPU. However, reading the specifications listed in the benchmark entry suggests this could be the previously mentioned Mendocino APU.
The database entry, spotted by TUM_APISAK, shows the AMD Ryzen 3 7320U will feature four CPU cores and eight threads with a base clock of 2.4GHz, boosting up to 4.1GHz as needed. The listing also shows the APU will be based on the FT6 socket, the same as the 4C/8T Mendocino APU.

Another leaked detail about the Mendocino APU was that the CPU cores would be based on the Zen 2 architecture. That means the Ryzen 7000 series may include a mix of SKUs, rather than just new 5nm-based products. The upcoming APU is also expected to pack 4MB of L3 cache and an RDNA 2 iGPU with 2 CUs, but the new benchmark entry does not confirm these details.
AMD plans to launch the first Mendocino APU powered laptops in Q4 2022, so we should have confirmed specifications and performance numbers in the months ahead.
